Day 3, and now we have four babies. At this point we thought we had all the hatchings we were going to get. Now we just hold on and hope that Luna can keep them all fed, since Piper refuses to pitch in. Notice the quarter placed to give you some scale.

Ok, from now on I wait until she's out of the box before taking pictures! Tell me they don't always stay this ugly, please? Faces only a mother could love. On day 7, we got a fifth chick hatching out. He's small, and very, very weak. That's probably why he took so long to come out
